The event will be run under the Profound Decisions code of conduct. This policy is outlined on the Profound Decisions Conduct wiki page.
If you find yourself, be it before, during or after the event, unhappy with the behaviour of another play, please inform either Mike Kilburn or Kirsty Barnes. We will make ourselves known at the event’s start and will always be available to step out of character with you to resolve any issues. Do not hesitate to approach us or have someone approach us on your behalf, even if we’re in the middle of a roleplaying scene.
Attendance
The Expression of Interest form will include a section where you can name any players whose attendance would make you unsafe or breach any Profound Decisions mandate such as a must-avoid ruling. You will not need to explain the reason why. These factors will help us cultivate the final invite list.
We will publish a list of attendees, including IC and OC names. We will periodically update this list, for example, if a player can no longer attend. If someone joins the event that would mean you no longer wish to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If possible, we will provide you with a full refund, though that might not be possible immediately before the event if we cannot in good time find someone to take up the cost of your attendance.
Children
The Feast of Storms follows the same guidelines for children, parents and carers as are detailed on the Profound Decisions wiki. If you have any concerns or queries please contact us.
Physical Access
The venue is the Holiday Inn in Bolton Centre. Google Maps link here.
The venue has 2 wheelchair accessible parking spaces. There is ample parking around the back of the venue, and they will allow cars to unload passengers at the front door where there is accessiblity needs. Be aware that there can be limited space at front doors for this unloading.
There is ramp access to property, ramp access to hotel bar lounge, and ramp access to the venue space of the Cloisters.

With thanks to Cade Hatton, some additional lived experience advice below:
If you arrive at the train station and use a wheelchair, you will need to access the venue via the front car park, as there is no dropped curb directly at the front of the venue.
There is an accessible toilet located in the foyer of the hotel, to the right-hand side, past the restaurant upon entry.
The central room used for the event is large and can be echoey. We will have exclusive access to a small outdoor space. This is often used for smoking/vaping, but is much quieter.
